quoteledger turns spreadsheet quotes into Xero invoices — automatically. Build a quote with trade-specific templates, send it to your customer, and when they accept, the invoice appears in Xero with line items, VAT, and CIS deductions already mapped.

Who it's for

UK construction and building trade SMEs — builders, plumbers, electricians, roofers, decorators, landscapers, and kitchen/bathroom fitters. Typically owner-operators or small firms with 2–30 staff who use Xero or QuickBooks and currently quote jobs in spreadsheets.

Why it exists

Trades quote in spreadsheets. Accounting happens in Xero. Between the two, there is nothing — just manual re-entry, CIS calculation errors, and invoices sent days late because the admin is tedious.
